A Speech I Hope the Next President Makes...

"... in conclusion, I believe that the separation of church and state means exactly that. I believe it is unconstitutional for the government to give funding to, and exonerate all taxing laws from churches. That is why from this moment forward, all Faith-Based Inititative shall be ceased, and all the funding that was going towards these initiatives shall be diverted to Advancement-Based Initiatives.
These Advancement-Based Inititatives include universal health care, public education, as well as scientific research into ceasing our oil dependency, to will include the reinstatement of stemcell research.
As a Christian, I believe that it is a parent's responsibility to teach their children a particular faith, not the American government's. It is the American government's job to make sure our children are safe, to make sure our children are healthy and well educated, regardless as to what income they were born into. It is the American government's job, and responsibility, as the world's leading nation, to continue research into cures that lead to the survival of all human beings worldwide. With new and deadlier diseases, high gas prices, high unemployment rates, lowered quality of life, an unstable housing market, and a week national currency, that is the kind of American government this nation needs. That is the kind of American government that this world needs.
Thank you, God Bless all mankind..."
